Short Curriculum vitae:

Since 2000 I am teaching at the Department of Financial and Management Engineering. I am currently serving as Head of Department. I also served as Head of Department from 2004 to 2008.

My current research interests lie in the field of mathematics of integrable dynamical systems. I got a degree in Physics at the University of Athens and my doctorate at the Institute of Theoretical Physics of the University of Göttingen in Germany in the field of the General Theory of Relativity.

I was born in 1953 and served in non permanent positions in the Institute of Theoretical Physics at the University of Göttingen, in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Crete and in the Department of Mathematics at the University of the Aegean.
